Kingdoms of the Lost is celebrating fall with a pair of festivals running in parallel with one another.
KotL is all about old-school gaming. It doesn’t get much more retro than text-based MUDs, predecessors for most of today’s popular MMOs. Kingdoms of the Lost has been around for over fifteen years now, and every now and then they run some festivals that align with the themes of their kingdoms.
This fall, they have a competing theme where Mesilena’s Merriment of Masks festival will run bonuses while Klevnone’s Fall Harvest one does as well. Lots of double experience, bonuses and more to be had. You can learn more about the festival here.
And more about Kingdoms of the Lost in general here:
With a focus on roleplay, exploration and creativity, MUDs like Kingdoms of the Lost still provide some of the best and most open-ended experience to gamers who want the adventures of tabletop roleplaying games like Dungeons & Dragons, but with the ability to hop online in a persistent world.
The festival is slated to run through November 7th.
